- I am not a person that takes alot of shoddy
excuses and unfulfilled promises. When I called Bob to repair
my Burbur carpet that had hair dye dropped on it he immediately
called me back. He fit my schedule and he underpromised and
overdelivered. In this day and age of mis-communication and
outright fraud Bob is a breathe of honesty in the wilderness.He
not only arrived on time but was early. He works efficiently
and is organized. He even vacummed up the leftovers from
the repair itself and his price was very competitive. I could
have
gotten this done for a little less but I wanted a specialist.

After another carpet
repair person was a no show, Robert was
able to come out and
replace our damaged carpet. He worked
with our schedule and
drove out to Casa Grande in the evening
to help us out! Robert
was professional and his prices were
